| 生产方法: | 主要采用四氯化碳与氟化氢液相接触法,甲烷氟氯化法生产。液相接触法以五氯化锑为催化剂,四氯化碳和无水氟化氢反应生成一氟三氯甲烷和二氟二氯甲烷,副产盐酸。反应产物除去氯化氢,经洗涤,脱水,脱气,分馏而得成品。图76是四氯化碳制备一氟三氯甲烷的一种流程。 甲烷氟氯化法由甲烷,氯气和氟化氢在370-470℃,0.39-0.59MPa压力下,接触反应4-10秒,得到一氟三氯甲烷和二氟二氯甲烷。一氟三氯甲烷和二氟二氯甲烷混合物(两个组分各占50%),以甲烷计收率在99%以上,分离后的产品纯度都在99。95%以上。甲烷 132氯气 2380氟化氢 260盐酸 1480 |
