性质描述: 白色结晶性粉末。熔点231-234℃(分解)。无臭。醋酸倍他米松([987-24-6])亦为白色结晶性粉末,熔点205-208℃,微溶于丙醇、乙醇,极难溶于氯仿或乙醚,不溶于水,无臭。
生产方法: 按美国专利3164618,将醋酸倍他米松于甲醇-氯仿-水的混合物中以盐酸处理,可使其转换为倍他米松。
用途: 激素类药。主要用于抗炎及抗过敏。适用于风湿性关节炎及各种皮肤病。倍他米松的作用同地塞米松,其抗炎作用比地塞米松、去炎松、氢化可的松强,副作用少。
