| 性质描述: | 纯黑色的细粒或粉状物。不溶于水、酸和碱。能在空气中燃烧。其主要成分是元素碳,还含有少量的氢、氧、硫和灰分。炭黑粒子近似球形,粒径介于10-500μm间。许多粒子常熔结或聚结成三维键枝状或纤维状聚集体。颜色、粒径、相对密度,均随所用原料和生产方法的不同而有所差异。槽法炭黑偏向酸性,炉法炭黑偏向碱性。具有较高的绝热能力。 |
| 生产方法: | 炭黑是最古老的工业产品之一。我国在古代就用植物油不完全燃烧制取颜料炭黑。1872年,美国首先以天然气为原料用槽法生产炭黑,主要用作着色剂。1912年莫特发现炭黑对橡胶的补强作用之后,炭黑工业才得到迅速发展,相继发展了多种工艺方法。目前,油炉法是效率最高、经济效益最好的方法,油炉黑的产量已占炭黑总量的70-90%。主要有炉法、槽法、热裂法三种。 |
| 用途: | 1.橡胶工业 作为补强填充剂。2.油漆油墨工业 用作油漆油墨的着色颜料。3.黑色纸张制造 如照相材料的包装用纸和无线电器材使用的具有高导电性炭黑制造的黑色纸制品。4.复写纸和打字带 用于要求深黑的颜色并能存留在载体上。5.塑料着色、墨水、留声机唱片、鞋油、油漆布、皮革涂料、有色水泥、电极、电刷、干电池等方面。 |
