性质描述:

浅黄色液体，凝固点20-22℃，沸程195-220℃（0.53kPa），中沸点206℃（0.53kPa），闪点188℃，着火点224℃，蒸气压1.46×1.46-2kPa（150℃），0.36kPa（200℃）。相对密度（25/20℃）0.85，粘度（25℃）7.9×10-3kPa·s，折光率1.442±0.001。水中溶解度< 0.01%(25℃)，水在其中的溶解度0.1%(25℃)。溶于大多数有机溶剂，难溶或微溶于甘油、乙二醇、甲醇和某些胺类。

生产方法:

硬脂酸和丁醇在硫酸催化下酯化，然后在高温、减压下脱醇，再经水洗，压滤，即得成品。收率（以硬脂酸计）为87%。原料消耗(kg/t)硬脂酸（一级品） 850丁醇（工业品） 250

用途:

该品是多种树脂加工时的内润滑剂，无毒，具有防水性和较好的热稳定性。主要用于聚氯乙烯透明软质和硬质挤塑、注塑、压延制品，用量0.5-1份。该品对改性氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、丁腈胶等的加工性能也十分有效。还可用作织物的润滑剂，防水剂，润滑油的添加剂，化妆品的基料等。
