性质描述:

无色挥发性液体。凝固点-93.3℃，沸点120-121℃（121-124℃），48.8℃（6.69kPa），相对密度0.8785（20/4℃），折光率1.400，闪点19℃。易燃。能与醚和醇混溶，溶于约150份水。

生产方法:

由丁酸与乙醇在硫酸存在下酯化而得。

用途:

该品具果香和菠萝香味，且有底香。香料工业中用于配制果实（杏、桃、凤梨、甜瓜等）香精、酒（老郎酒）用香精等。此外，玫瑰油香精、烟用香精中亦有使用。丁酸乙酯在工业上作溶剂使用，可溶解硝化纤维、多种天然或合成树脂。
