用途:

舒马曲坦做为抗偏头痛药，是高度选择性 5-羟色胺受体（5-HT1B/1D）激动剂，逆转偏头痛时颅内血管扩张，减轻血浆蛋白外渗，从而改善脑血流量，缓解偏头痛的症状。
