Ready-to-use, sterile Milliflex filter units combine a funnel and a Durapore membrane (Polyvinyliden di-Fluoride (PVDF)) membrane filter in one device. The sealed integral membrane filter eliminates membrane manipulation and handling. This improves testing reliability. For sterility testing application, Milliflex funnels are used with pre-filled agar-based media (Rapid Sterility Test agar) in ready-to-use cassettes manufactured and QC tested according to pharmaceutical requirements.
