Monospecific for human immunoglobulin A, α-chain against normal human serum as measured by ELISA. Each lot of antibody is tested by ELISA, but is applicable to any immunoassay requiring a peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
