一般描述
Human TARC is a recently discovered protein belonging to the beta-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. It has been shown that TARC is chemotactic towards T-cells but ineffective on monocytes. The recombinant human TARC is an 8.0 kDa protein containing 71 amino acid residues.
外形
Lyophilized from a concentrated (0.5 mg/ml) solution containing 20 mM PBS, and 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
重悬
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
