Interleukin-19 is also known as melanoma differentiation associated like protein. Human IL-19 has a 21% amino acid identity with IL-10. Recombinant human IL-19 is a 17.9 kDa protein consisting of 154 amino acids residues.

Lyophilized from 10 mM Sodium Citrate, pH 5.0.
重悬
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1 to 1.0 μg/μL. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein or medium containing serum.
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
