Description
这株细胞来源于一个细胞集落不规则没有显著角质化的侵染性鳞状细胞癌。
单层培养的细胞间可以观察到带状连接,也注意到有细胞质张力丝。
1970年发现支原体污染并去除。
肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α抑制ME-180的生长。
这株细胞含有人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA,与HPV-39的同源性高于HPV-18。
