描述 Description	人骨髓瘤细胞，是从一名对类固醇类药物治疗产生耐药性的多发性骨髓瘤病患的外周血中建立的，对地塞米松敏感。该细胞同时存在悬浮生长和轻微贴壁两种状态。冻存管细胞复苏后存活率约50%，需培养2周左右才能恢复生长。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为：D5S818: 8, 12; D13S317: 13; D7S820: 10, 11; D16S539: 12; vWA: 15, 17; THO1: 7, 8; TPOX: 8; Amelogenin: X; CSF1PO: 9,14

培养基和添加剂 Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions	人骨髓瘤细胞MM.1S完全培养液配方(100 ml)： RPMI 1640(invitrogen 11875)88ml FBS (Gibco)10 ml Gluta-max (invitrogen 35050) 1 ml Sodium pyruvate (invitrogen 11360070) 1 ml 注意事项： (1)该细胞同时存在悬浮生长和轻微贴壁状态。 (2)如果培养过程中培养液逐渐变黄，可加入少量新鲜培养液或分瓶。 (3)如果贴壁部分的细胞融合度达到80%以上，需要用细胞刮将贴壁细胞刮下，和悬浮的细胞一并收集离心，1000rpm，5min，去掉上清液后，加入新鲜培养液重悬细胞并分瓶。 (4)贴壁细胞不能过度融合。 (5)该细胞复苏后需培养2周左右时间，才能恢复正常生长状态。
