Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is an immune-mediated multisystem disease that is characterized by inflammation and fibrosis of affected organs . Since the disease often presents with nonspecific symptoms and signs and can affect any organ or system, the diagnosis is challenging and often delayed. The diagnosis of IgG4-RD requires the integration of clinical, laboratory, and histopathologic information.

产品说明：

IgG1免疫球蛋白最为普遍(>50%)，IgG4品种占不到5%。IgG4具有不稳定连接重链的二硫键，使其分离并形成2个抗原结合位点，因此双特异性抗体不对称，体内作用不明确。IgG4与IgG1-3的Fc部分相互作用，而不是像与其他免疫球蛋白一样通过Fab-Fc相互作用，并具有RF活性。因此，IgG4在抗原之间很少或没有交叉反应性，很少形成没有补体激活能力的免疫复合物。
