For selective enrichment, enumeration of Yersinia enterocolitica.
制备说明
Suspend 76 g in 970 ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50℃. Aseptically add 1 vial of each Ticarcillin Supplement (Cat. No. 17778) and Potassium Chlorate Supplement (Cat. No. 17777). Mix well before dispensing in sterile tubes.
