Please enquire for other foams having different thicknesses, porosities and sizes. Aluminium foam is produced from 6101 Aluminium alloy, retaining 99% purity of the parent alloy. It has a reticulated structure; the cells are open and have a duodecahedral shape. The unique mechanical properties of Aluminium foam are high surface area to volume, high strength to weight ratio and a completely isotropic load response.
