The small-pore (130Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to assay samples for proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. This column is part of the MaxPeak Premier class of columns, which deliver the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes such as phosphorylated peptides. The unique column design includes a fully integrated and easily replaceable 5mm pre-column that serves to protect and extend the life of the full-length analytical column, but adds no dispersion and has no impact on the resolution of your analytical separations. VanGuard FIT Cartridge replacements contain the same qualified sorbent as the analytical column and can easily be replaced.
