The XBridge Premier Glycan BEH Amide, 130 Å, 2.5 µm, 2.1 x 50mm Columns are designed for HILIC-mode separations of 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA), or Waters RapiFluor-MS (RFMS) (p/n: 176003635) labeled glycans. Each batch of Glycan BEH Amide 130Å, 2.5 µm material is specifically quality control tested with the Waters Glycan Performance Test Standard (p/n: 186006349) to help ensure batch-to-batch consistency. 2.1mm ID columns are recommended for use with low dispersion (UPLC or UHPLC) systems, especially for LC-MS methods. The column hardware utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.
