The fact that the performance of a CSH130 C18 column exhibits little dependence on strong ion pairing agents makes it ideal for LC or LC-MS applications. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, XSelect CSH130 C18 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption. The VanGuard pre-column connects directly to the inlet of an eXtended Performance column which minimizes extra columns volumes and reduces leaking by eliminating additional connections.
