Description
人神经母细胞瘤细胞SK-N-SH由J.L.Bieder建系。与SK-N-MC所不同的是,SK-N-SH细胞倍增时间较长且多巴胺-β-羟基酶水平较高。SK-N-SH在细胞介导的细胞毒性试验中用作靶细胞系。我库冻存时为P42代。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下:Amelogenin: X;CSF1PO: 11;D13S317: 11;D16S539: 8,13;D5S818: 12;D7S820: 7,10;THO1: 7,10;TPOX: 8,11;vWA: 14,18
