Description
LS 174T是LS 180结肠腺癌细胞株的胰蛋白酶化变种。 它比亲本更易传代,象LS 180一样生成大量的癌胚抗原(CEA)。 电镜研究表明有丰富的微丝和细胞质粘液素液泡。 直肠抗原3阳性。 p53抗原表达阴性,但mRNA表达阳性。 LS 174T细胞角蛋白染色阳性。 癌基因c-myc, N-myc, H-ras, N-ras, Myb, 和 fos的表达呈阳性。 癌基因k-ras和sis的表达未做检测。
