Description
BG01V是一株具有异常核型的人类胚胎干细胞系。尽管有异常的核型(49, XXY, +12, +17),但当在小鼠胚胎饲养层(MEFs)上生长时,这些克隆状仍显示出均匀的形态,可预测生长速率,并且在培养中易于维持。据报道,细胞的多能性标记和碱性磷酸酶活性呈阳性。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。我库使用的饲养层为CF-1 MEF ( SCSP-105C 、 SCSP-105R 或 SCSP-110R )
