PubMedPubMed 产品介绍Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is well known as one of the key enzymes involved in glycolysis. As well as functioning as a glycolytic enzyme in cytoplasm, recent evidence suggests that mammalian GAPDH is also involved in a great number of intracellular proceses such as membrane fusion, microtubule bundling, phosphotransferase activity, nuclear RNA export, DNA replication, and DNA repair. During the last decade a lot of data appeared concerning the role of GAPDH in different pathologies including prostate cancer progression, programmed neuronal cell death, age related neuronal diseases, such as Alzheimer's and Huntington's disease. GAPDH is expressed in all cells. It is constitutively expressed in almost all tissues at high levels. There are however some physiological factors such as hypoxia and diabetes that increase GAPDH expression in certain cell types. GAPDH molecule is composed of four 36kDa subunits. 靶点与功能

WB内参校正: 上样量:推荐20-30μg总蛋白,确保GAPDH条带灰度值在线性检测范围内(避免过饱和); 抗体稀释:兔单抗建议1:5000稀释(5%脱脂奶粉+TBST),4℃孵育2小时(无需过夜); 灰度分析:使用ImageJ软件,目的蛋白灰度值需除以GAPDH灰度值后进行组间比较。 IHC-P组织染色: 阳性定位:所有有核细胞胞质弥漫性阳性(心肌、肝细胞等强表达,神经细胞弱表达); 对照设置:避免选择坏死组织(GAPDH降解)或红细胞丰富区域(无表达)。 公司正在出售的产品
