RAVE+ guards are an easy, economical way to extend the service life of more expensive air sampling canisters, flow controllers, and other accessories. This standard compression fitting installs easily, becoming the connection point to other devices so that equipment valve port threads are not subject to wear and tear. In addition to providing protection from cross threading and contact damage from being knocked or dropped, RAVE+ guards are available with optional 2 or 7 µm filters that protect air sampling systems from damaging particulates that cause leaks.
