The method validation kit (MVK) contains three columns each packed with a different lot of material. The Atlantis Premier BEH C18 AX columns provide excellent retention for polar acidic analytes under reversed phase conditions. The reversed phase/anion-exchange mixed mode chemistry is stable from pH 2-10, and has complimentary selectivity to traditional C18 stationary phases, which is desirable when doing methods development. The VanGuard FIT column format is an all-in-one, guard-column design engineered to reduce dead volume and increase column lifetime.
