ACQUITY Premier Oligonucleotide BEH C18 Column, 130 Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 mm x 50 mm with Premier VanGuard FIT Guard, 1/pk are used to separate synthetic oligonucleotides based on ion-pairing reversed-phase (IP-RP) chromatography. Each column is QC tested using Waters MassPrep OST standards to ensure repeatable performance. This column is part of the MaxPeak Premier line of columns, which deliver an ultra-low non-adsorptive surface that maximizes sensitivity and reproducibility when separating metal-sensitive analytes such as oligonucleotides. The unique column design includes a fully integrated and easily replaceable 5mm pre-column that serves to protect and extend the life of the full-length analytical column, but adds no dispersion and has no impact on the resolution of your analytical separations. VanGuard FIT Cartridge replacements contain the same qualified sorbent as the analytical column and can easily be replaced.
